Please remember these basic duties. Ì     Arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to the service and         begin handing out bulletins and warmly greeting those who    arrive. Ì     Approximately 15 minutes after the service begins count all who are in attendance and record the number in the Sacristy. Ì      Collect the offering during the Offertory. Ì     After the service, carry offering plates up to the office and       deposit the money in the safe. Be sure to return offering plates to the altar.                   Page 6
