BABY BOTTLE DRIVE: Pick up a baby bottle today and Fill it with spare change to help support the Bath Pregnancy Resource Center. The Baby Bottle Drive will run through March 7.
Threads of Love is in need of Fleece and Flannel. Pieces may be any size and any color. We also can use thread of any color. If you have any to donate please leave them in the Church Library next to the Lounge. A big thank you to all of you who support us in this mission project.
Campership Sunday will be March 14, 2010. If you are interested in going to camp you can log onto Casawasco.org or Aldersgate.org and look at camps and register. Families are responsible for the deposit for camp. If you cannot do that see pastor Jeff. We will be holding two fundraisers this year. We will be selling mossy bank candles and For Cladias Sayke organic soaps. This year there will be a selling minimum in order to receive funds. The presenters for the district days will be: Deborah O’Connor-Slater, Christine Doran, Barb Gasiewicz & Vicki Putney, and your District Superintendent and Your District Lay Leader.
The purpose of the meeting is to present the changes which will be effectiveJuly 1, 2010 as it relates to the local church and clergy in the formation of the New Annual Conference. Presentations will include time for your questions.
Active Pastors; 9:00am – Noon – Financial discussions around shared ministry, pension, health insurance, minimum compensation, and HealthFlex Plan education.
Retirees - 2:00 – 4:00pm – Retiree meeting with plan education and personal contributions discussions [spouses welcome].
Laity: including all lay members of Annual Conference, SPRC Chairpersons and members, finance chairperson and committee members including financial secretaries and treasurers, and church council chairperson and interested council members.
